• Management of the School’s MIS (SIMS) • The collection and collation of relevant accurate data for: Student Records and Reports, Academic Data inc. intervention, Examinations and Assessment, Attendance and Behavior • Liaison with IT Support over operational issues connected with the MIS software and keeping up to date with developments • Accurate manipulation and analysis of student data as required • Working with the school office on the completion of the School Census and other statistical returns. • Assisting the Vice Principal in preparation and maintenance of staff and student timetables • Liaising with colleagues in management of data collected through Entrance Procedures and baseline tests • Distribution of data and information to colleagues at all levels within the school • Working with the Vice Principal to regularly review and develop data and analysis systems • Produce regular summary reports on data such as assessment and behaviour • Supporting colleagues in their effective use of data Show less
