I got to know about Natalia since the very beginning of my university student life at Arnhem Business School because she was my first year program classmate. It was such a great pleasure for me to work with her and with other amazing students from our class as well when we carried out our ambitious Business Plan project. Together we brainstormed and came up with several innovative product ideas and finally chose to proceed with our very proud of automatic "Cleansy" body-washing machine idea which ultimately won us the Best Business Plan Idea and the Business Plan Award final prizes. With this project, she has shown us her ability to think creatively, to analyze and solve various difficult problems we faced up with from a different perspective than other member in the group, and most impressively her strong leadership style when she guided us through critical times in the project, helped us to see clearly what we have to do next and motivated us to complete our tasks with a very hands-on approach. In addition, she is also a friendly person whom I always enjoy to have a conversation with to discuss about any kind of subject areas. So in overall, she has proven to me that she is a great leader who is capable of cooperating and supporting others effectively to achieve the final goal together.
