  Me and my team of 2 other students interned for Project Equity through the BYU Ballard Center. We were tasked to create a user friendly Policy catalog. This policy catalog consisted of all Policies Existing, passed, proposed and ideas. We then took from that catalog and created a shareable brief of the most important policies from within the catalog. We also complied another brief concerning feasibility studies. The policy catalog will now be used to share on Project Equity's website and with fellow employee ownership advocates. The feasibility brief is now being used to contribute to a policy Project Equity is working on with California. The experience was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about policy, how to consult and add value to a company, nonprofits and lots of software skills. Show less
