Especially with weddings being the biggest event they work on, I would assist with the set up and take down of the venue, running the Drinks reception with the process of Food Canapes on the go. Helping to set up the dinning room for the Wedding Breakfast, with the process of the day with speeches, the first dance and even the evening food that is required also. Assisting the kitchen with the preparation of the food and serving the dinning room with hundreds of people to cater for.
