SLNG (Singapore government owned company) is the owner of the regasification plant and the EPC contractor is Samsung and Fluor is contracted to do the engineering, this is through a Lump-sum contract. The total cost of the project expansion is at U$ 600M. I am responsible for the profitability of the project & in charge of delivering the scope of work of the project.Currently at the jobsite to support Mechanical Completion Plant Start-up of the project.

The owner of the plant is FirstGen LNG Corporation. The FGEN LNGterminal will be developed in 2 phases, phase 1 and Phase 2. Fluor will venture on phase 1 andthe maximum send-out capacity is at 5.26MTPA which includes truck loading and a provision ofreloading to LNG carriers. The team is in preparation when the project transition to EPC in early2019.

Fluor is the engineering contractor of the balance of plant outside the LNG tanks. Major equipment in the SLNG plant are BOG compressors, Open Rack Vaporizers, Submerged Combustion Vaporizer, LNG Pumps and Utility facility/Equipment. Assigned as engineering manager for the detailed engineering phase of the 6 MTYA LNG facilities in Jurong Island, Singapore. SLNG is the owner of the regasification plant and the EPC contractor is Samsung and is contracted to do the detailed engineering, this is through a Lump-sum contract. Leading engineers across disciplines for the design and engineering. Was one of the focal persons in Engineering, interface with the client, interface with the vendor/supplier, procurement interface and support construction. Also supported the client in developing the project specification. The mechanical completion of the project will be in year 2013. For this project, attended in Houston to participate in the kick-off of the project and equally important was aligning the needs and expectation of the client.

Responsible in leading the Manila team for developing the material-take-off for the process units and systems (TGTU, SRU, Interconnecting piperack and Flare). The deliverables was used by the proposal team (Abu Dhabi, Camberly and Houston) for the bid.

For design, was leading the effort for the following activities: In-line and offline PDS modeling, Wiring and Loop diagram generation in INtools, updating 2D drawings such as logic diagrams, Nameplate schedule, control buildings layout (control panel, console and rack physical dwg), and instrument indexing in INtool.

The VDF 1999-PVDF 2000 Project is a polymers plant and built on undeveloped virgin land along the west side of State Docks Road just north of an existing Norfolk Southern Rail line in Decatur, Alabama. Activities being supervised are as follows: In-line Instrument building in PDS modeling, Off-line Instruments placing in PDS modeling, Junction Box Wiring Schedule, Marshalling Box Wiring Schedule, DCS/PLC Wiring Schedule, Instrument Cable Schedule, Nameplate Schedule, Instrument Loop Diagram generation, Instrument Index data entry/update, and Instrumentation Material Take-off in GMS. Worksharing with FDHO (Houston) regarding engineering and design for this project. Also responsible in estimating the engineering and design needed to complete the job, developing the AQP (Activity Quality Plan), scheduling in Control Level Schedule, and EZ Trac, squad checking of vendor data, interfacing with other disciplines, and successfully closing out the project. The team was able to beat the schedule and thus saving significant manhours.
