       Riyadh, Ministry of Education Head Quarter (BUA=175,812 m²).The New Head Quarter of Ministry of Education Project includes Main Building, Gates and Fences, Landscaping, SCECO & Chiller Area. Main Building consists of Blocks comprising 6-levels. Main Building includes Conference Hall and Theater, Exhibition Hall, Multi-purpose Hall, Mosque, Information Center and Library, Health Centers, Exterior and Underground Parking for 853 cars. Project is designed to be as Green Building and Friendly with environment. 30% of Roof Area is covered with Natural Grass & Plants. My duties include the below list, but are not limited to: - Manage Budget and Cost Controls activity for several construction projects with budgets from 5M$ to 1,8B$ like clinics, Aircraft hangars, Residential villa (Mega project), Water treatment plants, Farms and resorts. - Prepare and review project execution budget, by applying company standards on selling BOQ rates. - Review the prepared forecast of major factors like manpower, equipment, and material, to insure the reliability of anticipated cost at completion. - Prepare and review Cost & Schedule Performance (CPI / SPI), perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and evaluate Time & Cost to complete. - Analysis and explain cost variances compared to budget and consumed budget compared to billing progress. - Analyze cost data to provide management with projects statistics, cost optimization proposals, risks profile and risk exposure. - Prepare construction division consolidated cash flow and P&L reports. - Organize the activities of the projects control team incl. cost & budget control, planning and document Control (20 staff). - Develop, implement and maintain project controls procedures (monitor compliance and initiate CA measures where necessary).        Riyadh, Saudi National Guard Housing Project The project includes the design, manufacture, and installation of 5,950 precast villas for the Saudi Arabian National Guard Housing project, an expansive project for guard personnel that also includes schools, shops, mosques, roads and STP in Khashm-Alaan area, east of Riyadh. The project includes 4.3 million m2 of roads, 316 km of sewage water network, 22,000 manholes, 2.3 million m3 to excavate, 3.7 million m3 to fill, and 254 km of curbstones….  Riyadh, King Abdullah Flyover Bridge The flyover consists of a main steel arch 81.5 meters span over King Abdullah Road with two approach multi-span bridges each comprising 5 spans. The total length of the elevated structure is 361 meters, the approach spans comprise posttensioned voided deck slab pre-stressed. In addition to the senior cost controller responsibilities, my new role consists in: - Liaising with the operational teams to ensure that accurate cost and Schedule data are available for the preparation of cost reports. - Preparation of Monthly reports: Dashboard, Monthly Executive Summary and KPI Trend Analysis. - Control the proper follow-up of subcontracted works and commitments. - Calculating and controlling planned cost and budget. - Responsible for insuring that all cost activities are prepared and reported within the deadlines and tracked accordingly. - Ensure best practice tools are implemented and manage the delivery of all outputs relating to project controls.        Riyadh, King Abdullah Road development Phase 1 This phase includes building three tracks in the main road and two tracks in the service road in each direction. The length of the project is approximately 5,3 Km. The project comprises the construction of one 700 meters long closed tunnel, Construction of three underpasses 180 m long each, Railway, Hardscape and landscape works, Relocation of existing networks, Ancillary buildings, Water features, Temporary works and detours, Provision of a 4.6 KM long & 15 m width track for the future metro.  Riyadh and Jeddah Governmental Aircraft Hangar This project is the construction of the aircraft hangars at both King Abdulaziz and King Khaled international airports in Jeddah and Riyadh, respectively. Including Taxiway, Apron (42,000 m2 and 78,500 m2), utility networks and supporting buildings. (Excavation: 51,700 m3 and filling: 334,700 m3)  Riyadh VIP Clinic renovation The project consists in the complete renovation of royal clinic including new extensions and upgrade of all MEP and medical equipment. On these projects, I oversaw the following activities: - Distribute execution budget sent by management, in the company standardized cost monitoring excel sheet. - Prepare manpower, equipment, and material forecasts. Produce re-forecasting during the project execution. - Coordinate with the site operational team to validate budget options and forecasts. - Collect, verify, and organize the recording of material delivery and reception (mainly cement, water, aggregates, steel reinforcement …) - Supervise manpower timesheets preparation. Verify that appropriate job codes are used per company standard. Print and analysis daily record journal. - Prepare the monthly project cost report. Show less
