I was promoted through roles of increasing scope from Equipment Sales Engineer to Manager. As Equipment Rental and Used Sales Manager, I assess the market forecast and set local rental rates, budgets, and challenging profit goals for our used and rental sales teams across all branches of the company. I develop sales strategies, oversee and coach the sales teams. I maximize profitability by negotiating with suppliers to optimize the fleet, minimizing aged inventory, initiating promotional offers for sales, and selling scrap. Always mindful of offering our best customer service, I reach out to and visit key account customers to ensure their satisfaction.
