I had Nashtacia Mae transferred to my team of the Quality Control for sales right after the previous department had been dismissed due to inefficiency reasons. The QC sales department’s main goal is to execute a comprehensive audit of the sales procedures of the Company, including but not limited to sales representatives’ work evaluation, keeping track of the sales funnel activities, coaching sales agents, and recycling the lost leads. Being transitioned from one team to another is a daunting task indeed, although Nashtacia Mae managed to tackle it at ease. She was the only one out of 4 newbies to have shown great perseverance and courage to adapt to the new vision of sales established in the team. She quickly refocused and enriched her knowledge of sales to commence her work as a fully competent QC sales assessor. I must admit that her eagerness to learn and eagle-eyedness, which are a must for any auditor, made me extremely proud to have such an employee in the department. Apart from that, Nashtacia Mae’s brilliant command of sales techniques, inclusive of skillful qualifying, pain management, and objection handling approach are out of this world. Given the fact that Refocus is a fast-developing edtech start-up, her data-drivenness and true objectivity, when it comes to solving the problems of business, along with quick off the mark reaction to updates and changes will definitely make her a sought-after asset to any company.
