Since the beginning of volunteering with us, Narvana has had a positive attitude, been a very diligent worker and showed great enthusiasm for her work. From what I have seen, she has always taken detailed notes when shown techniques we used in the lab and has steadfastly referred to them to ensure that the protocols are executed flawlessly. She takes the initiative and values the importance of having SOPs and safety guidelines in place. She has been very knowledgeable and willing to learn about the scientific principles of the techniques used in the lab. She has also trained a peer volunteer multiple times and was patient and thorough with guiding them in the lab. We have done one or two experiments with her to validate newly made buffer solutions and she has demonstrated a good understanding of setting up a proper experiment. I would highly recommend Narvana as she was pleasant to work with and has the drive to do good work.
