Narsi provided great technical leadership, as well as general PM support, but most importantly wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty. Narsi worked for me at GSK for about 1.5 years and throughout that time I have seen him effectively demonstrate a broad range of skills including expert technical capabilities with Hyperion EPM technologies, detailed-oriented project management, senior stakeholder management (both IT and Finance), managing global resources (US, UK, Poland, India), and supporting financial systems analysis. Each time I gave Narsi a new project, he was able to quickly determine which of his skills to leverage and jump right in. I found him to be a dynamic leader in all tasks.
