  1. PAN India sourcing and supply of domestic premium and economic SKU banana supply throughout the year. 2. Yearly supply approx. 30K-40K MT Banana for domestic and export SKU. 3. Have developed new area for Export and Domestic supply like Anantpur (A.P),Tadipatri(A.P),Savda(MH),Chopra(MH),Shahada(MH),Barwani(MP),Asodar(GJ),Rajpipla(GJ),Barabanki,Palia (UP),Nadia(WB),Purnia(Bihar) 4. Develop new vendor and FPO for Domestic and Export Banana procurement throughout the year. 5. Farmer model sourcing at UP/MP state. 6. Preparing and planning calendar for whole year Plan Vs Supply,landbank planning and quarter wise volume allocation. 7. Fruit care training to farmer and vendor for producing export quality banana (Process-Bud Injection, Bagging, Bud spray, Dehanding, Debudding, Ribbon,Tagging, Harvesting, Packing). 8. Development of Integrated Packhouse Infrastructure facility in all areas for packing export banana. 9. Weekly analysis of competitor activities of sourcing volume data and rate. 10. Regular Team training and LDP to farmers for all FC and Packing activities as per SOP. Show less
