  Shutdown, Duration: 45Days Manpower – 250 Roles and Responsibilities: Conducting training and safety awareness programs to develop safety awareness among the internal and external agencies such as Client’s representatives, contractors, supervisors and engineers Design and conduct HSE Management Training and Skill based Training for both Sir Staff and workers. Responsible for implementing safety standards and ensuring adherence to safety norms throughout the project lifecycle, from construction to commissioning Identifying risk factors and assessing environmental impact to facilitate development of an integrated Health Safety and Environment management program to lower risk and improve safety standards, tailored to suit local conditions Monitoring activities at Hazardous sites, and develop Method Statement to ensure safety.
