PRE-CONTRACT: • Supporting the Pre-contract teams for Quantity verification, Estimation, and commercial/technical review of quotations received from suppliers/sub-contractors to check their compliance/correctness. • Attend technical and commercial meetings with the Contractors, Consultants, and Clients. • Evaluate the economic viability of alternative proposals for reducing the project cost. • Ensure that the estimation team has a full understanding of the bid conditions and that the cost estimates are submitted on time. • Responsible for assisting estimators in preparing technical and commercial bids • Prepare/update the standard prices along with the composite rates utilized in estimates. • Carrying out the comprehensive handing over to the post-contract team once the bid is secured.
