We opened the Carrington in 2016, after it had been sitting vacant for over a year. Our aim was to create a locals pub, that served good food, cold beer and was dog friendly. We worked on the concept, food/bev direction, developed the branding & then implemented the marketing plan (all whilst continuing to work full time at Sydney Design Social). We were awarded Timeout's 'Dog Friendly Pub of the Year' in 2017. We opened the Carrington in 2016, after it had been sitting vacant for over a year.
