  I'm currently working in the Special Prints Department, at Grays & Gilbert; where I produce designs for sublimated garments, rugby balls and netballs. I also set-up print and embroidery embellishments, for the company's stock garments, and create artworks for bespoke tackle equipment. Furthermore, I also often re-draw logos, in vector format; so that they are suitable for printing purposes. In addition to these responsibilities; I also liaise with customers and factories directly, in both the UK and overseas. I place orders for the bespoke products, which I have created designs for, and manage the orders throughout the ordering process. Show less

  Over a period of six months, I worked at Crowdit, a tech start up that runs the nightlife app of the same name. When I joined the company, the app was about to be launched in the UK, after already proving to be popular in Denmark, where Carlsberg originally created the app, two years prior. As the company’s Operations Executive my role covered a wide array of tasks. My duties were varied, with some tasks designing company collateral, to others where I tested the app’s functionality. One of my main duties was to train clients/venues how to use the company’s portal system to upload their own content to the app and to provide support for these clients. Furthermore when the app first launched I also took part in several promotions to market the app in London. Posters, which I designed with a new theme for the company’s collateral, were displayed at major transport hubs in the U.K. as part of the promotion of the app. I also designed several flyers that were distributed to members of the public in London and in-app campaign banners that could be seen by the app’s users.
