I had the pleasure of working with Naomi during her time as a global process business intelligence lead for the finance data and analytics report team. Naomi is an incredibly skilled project manager and subject matter expert. She led a large reporting scrum team, managed multiple activities and was continuously driven to deliver results on time. Naomi’s team and colleagues respected her greatly, trusted her abilities, and truly enjoyed working with her. The Finance team was one of the most efficient and prolific among the 11 different reporting scrum teams. This was in part due to Naomi’s ability to lead her team towards results using her knowledge of data and data structures and client expectations. Naomi could easily transition into the scrum master role as needed to keep the team moving forward during colleague’s vacations or other leave. She is a true leader of people and projects, an excellent facilitator, and a fantastic colleague. I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again in the future.
