Naomi is knowledgeable, highly adaptable, out-of-the-box creative, and an effective leader. I had the privilege of working under her at Breaking the Silence Against Domestic Violence. During my time under her supervision, Naomi willingly took on an additional role outside of her expertise and outside of her required duties. She not only managed the marketing and social media teams, but she took on the blogging/writing team, as well. In each of these roles, Naomi demonstrated leadership, passion, and grace. She provided calm in the chaos and effectively managed and motivated numerous volunteers—which is not always an easy thing to do. Naomi was wonderful to work with and I have no doubts in her abilities to succeed in anything she sets her mind to.
