KEY PROJECTS Movable Ink Strategy Owner I ensure we constantly innovate and personalize our live in-email content to optimise metrics such as CTR, traffic and CVR leveraging countdown timers, social proofing and much more. Dynamic Content Expansion I oversaw the creation of dynamic content for men’s campaigns as well as personalizing content for customer shoe size, which drove a marked increase in CVR in particular (+38%). Retention / Re-activation I implemented several trigger campaigns to re-engage our customers, including a 6 month post-purchase and sub-category replenishment campaign. Localisation Segmentation I developed a personalised content plan for our struggling US market, as well as developed a strategy for targeting our high value customers vs promotional ones.
