  This position afforded me exposure to all aspects of heavy civil engineering concerning pavement; from forensics to design to troubleshooting to non-destructive testing to procedure and spec writing.I have also had the opportunity to manage a quarter million dollar research project for the SHRP 2 program. In order to do this I evaluated consultants and determined the most appropriate consultants to assist in making the project a success. As the project is coming to a close the results have been better than expected with the development of one of the first anomaly identifying algorithms for Ground penetrating radar. Show less
