She has over 600 hours in training in Conflict Resolution and Multicultural education with The Resolving Conflict Creatively Program, a collaborative effort of the New York City Public Schools and a non-profit called Educators for Social Responsibility. She has facilitated workshops for the New York City Fire Department Counseling Unit, Vassar Medical Hospital, The National Women in Network Organization, a Women Empowerment Circle, as well as for various organizations and businesses.
