Through my Universities link day scheme I had the pleasure of joining SS for a day in their personal Injury department. Through this I was able to read PI and medical negligence cases, whilst talking through my personal ideas and opinions on the matter with other solicitors. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, all whilst being able to learn the importance of attention to detail and specific client focus in cases. I worked in the construction litigation department for Devonshires shadowing their Paralegals and Solicitors. During my time I managed to gain a wide breath of knowledge on both contentious and non-contentious work whilst still honing down my research and writing skills.
