For example, Naomi listens to our feedback and incorporates changes into the class schedule (she also makes sure to communicate those changes to us ahead of time). She knows everyone's name and makes sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. If someone is new Naomi also makes sure to get an understanding of that person's capabilities so that she can coach him/her appropriately before and during class.
