  As a member of the Business Intelligence team I provide analytical expertise in the planning, assessment, and production of data output via BBCRM for UA Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement. I also assist UA colleges and units by providing needed data (lists) to meet fundraising objectives, mail and email outreach, constituent engagement, and strategic plans. -Empowered fundraising teams by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing constituent data, organizing it into lists for mass communication, event invitations, and geographic prospecting. - Built the organization's standard library of alumni, constituent, and donor queries -Hired new direct report and trained new team during team reorganization -Manage list production team -Developed proposals for new data governance procedures and presented them to organization leadership for adoption Show less
