My role is to be the main point of contact for customers to arrange repairs, servicing and installation of dental equipment. Scheduling service technicians and co-coordinating new installations, also processing warranty claims .My responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:- Daily management of service technicians, including appointment scheduling through Pronto, Retriever and Outlook. Making sure deadlines are met through verbal and email communication.- Coordinating pre-installations and site visits for service technicians, liaising with third party contractors such as plumbers and electricians in order to facilitate site readiness.- Processing purchase orders and completing invoicing for third parties- Meeting monthly targets and promoting Annual Maintenance Services.- Daily entry of sales orders, invoicing/crediting & coordination/processing of warranty returns, working closely with the accounts department.- Liaising with Sales representatives to make sure customers needs and desires are facilitated post sale agreement.- Stock ordering for technicians/customers along with courier coordination and internal warehouse management including stock take.- Management of Loan and demo stock ensuring equipment is sent and returned in a timely manner - established record keeping system for all loan stock Show less
