I. Buyer of Component • Study for market condition & opportunity for the influence factor such exchange rate, raw material fluctuation & government regulations, • Determine purchased part price which accommodate company target profit then finally we can meet budget cost. • Determine and set up business route. • Make annual pricing review for regular and service parts. • Negotiate with supplier for purchased parts. • Together with other departments for new project, such as change model and part localization. II. Buyer of Consumable – Export and Import Parts • Handle for Shipping Line Bidding and determine the shipper for export and import part. • Make annual pricing review for handling cost of export and import parts : Transportation, Warehousing, Stocking, Packaging and delivery. III. Cost Planning • Handle for Localization Project in cost control. • Follow up the project master schedule from development study until SVP (Start Volume Production). • Make a good communication with Hino Motors, Ltd as mother company especially with the Purchasing Division. • Make annual report for cost achievement.
