There are few people who are as committed to developing and lifting up others in the workplace as Nan. I have been lucky to work with Nan over the last 5 years in her capacity as Head of People Operations at Centenary Institute. In this role Nan has been the main liaison between Centenary and Franklin Women implementing and championing Franklin Women activities within the organisation to progress their diversity and inclusion agenda. It has been obvious through our relationship that she is personally driven to change organisational policies and culture to create workplace environments where everyone can participate fully. I always smile when I see Nan at one of the Franklin Women events or workshops and grateful for all she has done to champion and progress our mission.
