  I teach at School of Women's Studies, Jadavpur University. Prior to this I have been a Research Coordinator at the School and had worked on research projects on marriage, domestic violence, gender and labour. My research interests lie in the area of feminism, women/gender studies, gender and intersectionality, higher education, religion and politics, and family, marriage and domestic violence.
