  I basically give guidaince to first years at my residence. I am their shoulder to cry on and I help them with whatever they come across.   I was elected as a student leader in my residence where we were allocated to different departments and I basically dealt with finances and dealing with finances taught me to be always transparent and trustworthy. This student leadership program is usually referred to as house committee.
