I had the privilege of working with Nancy and her team on the development of an amazing new website called Energy Live. Working 'back to front', I asked King Content (now known as 'Context') to do some solid research and create a content strategy before we commenced build. In this way, we heard the 'voice of customer' clearly and were able to build the new site based on what they wanted to experience - rather than what we thought they wanted! Nancy produced outstanding results and I have no hesitation in recommending her or her team for any content strategy projects.
