Corinne Guicheney

Nancy knows how the early development works and she has optimized how to do it at Galapagos, so the drug compounds were progressing in a record time. Overall, she is a good source of how strategies and tactics work in the pharma and biotech industries.

I have had the pleasure to work with Nancy for nearly one year as a partner on the Clinical Development side, and got to know here as a very competent, solution-oriented and pragmatic project leader. she is very well organized and structured, with great team spirit. Knows how to make her reports move their teams in the right direction. I look back at a very fruitful collaboration on various development as well as restructuring projects and am sorry to see her leave. Wulf Böcher

I’m excited to share with you my career switch into consultancy. I created my own company called "Why2What". The reason for this name is very simple: always ask the "Why-question” first - building your strategy - before moving into the "What" – laying out the actions to achieve your end goal. The reason for this name is very simple: always ask the "Why-question” first - building your strategy - before moving into the "What" – laying out the actions to achieve your end goal. I will be focussing on providing advice on strategy and implementation in early stage development programs and innovation in life sciences and healthcare. I want to use my experience to move projects forward on their development path: the cross-functional expertise in project teams is key to success and requires clear direction and strong leadership in their support. For more than 25 years, I've been building up diverse experiences in drug development within global pharma. At Galapagos, I was responsible for strategy and early development projects, including the cystic fibrosis program and various highly innovative assets in the immune-inflammation space. At UCB, I worked as project leader and took responsibility for identifying and assessing innovative solutions-beyond-the-pill with external partners/start-ups and academics. At JNJ, I was exposed to both early and late stage development as clinical pharm leader, project leader and functional line manager. I contributed to multiple drug registration files and to development programs across different therapeutic areas. My passion lies in turning great innovative ideas into impact and value, looking forward to collaborating with you in the future.
