I was privileged to get the opportunity of co-facilitating a workshop with Nancy on intercultural communication within the context of the uOGlobal Recognition. Nancy was able to quickly identify ways of adapting the facilitation of the workshop to a much larger group that what had been initially attempted. Nancy also showed great initiative and leadership throughout the development of training materials for the facilitators, she is a great bilingual communicator and simply a wonderful human being to work with!
