Nancy and I worked together at FCB New York where she was the Executive Assistant to the President and I was his Managing Director of the office. As you can imagine I had to deal with Nancy a lot and always found a highly professional, personable associate to work with in managing office affairs and scheduling with the agency leader. Nancy was a true Executive Assistant going beyond just scheduling in that she managed budgets and events within the agency as well as leading key committees contributing to the positive atmosphere and well being of the agency. Nancy also played a key role in mentoring the other executive assistants and providing leadership within the administrative organization. Nancy is a "plus" addition to any executive's role to make sure his/her business and personal lives are running smoothly and efficiently, allowing the executive to concentrate on the really big issues of the company.
