This project reformed the way divorce is handled for divorcing parents with minor children. The program’s goal was to enable mothers and fathers to be involved in the lives of their children, even when the parents were divorced. This program was so impactful that it became state law and is now known as the Tennessee Parenting Plan. Nancy wrote the Judges Manual for the Implementation of the Tennessee Parenting Plan, which was distributed to every judge and clerk in the State of Tennessee. Each of her professional positions has required her to gain the trust of other organizations and leaders to accomplish challenging goals. She is a terrific organizer, a seasoned manager, and a compassionate and dedicated leader. Whether she is staring a new initiative, managing an existing program, or working as part of a team, I recommend her without reservation.
