I had the great pleasure of working with Nancy for nearly 3 years in student housing. Nancy is extremely organized, able to think on her feet and well versed in all aspects of her job. Her work ethic is to be commended, always ready to handle whatever might come her way, with a smile and genuine desire to help those around her, be it residents, co-workers or vendors. She always leads her team by example, sharing her vast knowledge, while encouraging input from them. We were co-managers as well as co-workers, she was a helpful sounding board, insightful and inspired me everyday. She has boundless positive energy that was infectious, even during turn, the most stressful time in student housing. She is considerate, dedicated and a joy to work with.
