I am the leader of the agency; I motivate, coach, and educate the employees. I work on a daily basis with customers in protecting the people and things that are important to them. I educate myself on marketing, management, business best practices and time management. Our agency will be the best insurance agency in Anne Arundel County and the entire state of Maryland.
