  • Prepare and oversee all budgets for Suffolk and Brooklyn campuses, this includes all preparation, communication and execution of yearly budget cycle process. This includes over 250 cost centers covering 2 campuses. • Maintain budget tree and General Ledger records in database i.e new departments, account numbers, and budget officers. • Monitor budget performance. Analyze and report on variances and trends • Provide periodic and ad hoc financial reports as required to the CFO using Crystal Reports and Tableau. • Maintain Web Advisor Portal access for faculty and staff at both campuses • Maintain Scholarship budgets including and reporting and analysis • Grant maintenance including State & Federal reporting including Federal drawdowns. • Responsible for G5 Federal drawdowns • Athletics and Clare Rose Playhouse-Prepare and oversee all budgets for the College’s Athletic program, which includes 20 NCAA Division III intercollegiate sports teams on both the Patchogue and Brooklyn campuses, Intramurals, Sports Information, Indoor and Outdoor Athletic Facilities and Athletic Trainers. Spending approvals and analysis, budget transfers, and fund raising analysis for each team as well as the Playhouse. • Month and Year End end closing responsibilities include Journal Entries and analysis; ERP monthly and final year end closing. • Administrative Assessment Facilitator for SJC's College- wide assessment and institutional effectiveness program, using WEAVE software. This includes collaborating with team members to prepare and communicate Goals, Outcomes, Measures and Targets for the Office of Business Affairs. All Goals are tied to the College's Operational Plan as well as Middle States standards in anticipation of the Middle States visit. • IT Technical Liaison: Departmental representative at meetings and the co-ordinator of all IT upgrades and testing for the department. • Office Manager: Supervise 1 Show less
