As Kitchen manager, my responsibilities include managing the day to day operations of the banquet and prep kitchen, these duties include, but are not limited to the following: directing of kitchen personnel, creating and cooking, banquet menus and station preparedness, ordering and maintaining inventory within the food safety regulations, and effectively multitasking and handling levels of responsibility including direction and supervision of employees in an organized kitchen environment.
