Realized promotion from entry-level procurement tech to Clinical Manager, with a staff of 20+, over the course of my tenure with Midwest Transplant Management. Designed, implemented and conducted training plans associated with extensive and complex FDA accreditations. Conducted group and individual training for 15+ employees, achieving a 100% pass rate. Recognized for achieving the highest pass percentage, company-wide. Led team to pass the bi-annual, FDA auditing process, ensuring standard operating procures were meticulously followed and demonstrated in all aspects of the tissue recovery processes. Championed department process improvements; facilitated department resources to identify opportunities with the greatest financial impact, guided solution design, and implemented new processes aligned with biohazard waste fees and supplies -Biohazard result: $90K in annual savings over three years. [2014-2017] -Supply result: $30K in savings over 2 years [2015-2017]. Served as the principal project manager aligned with the expansion and build-out of Midwest Transplant Network’s (MTN) 4-suite, stand-alone, Operating Room addition. As a result of this project, MTN experienced rapid growth, ultimately serving 95% of the hospitals in Kansas and Missouri and achieving a rank of 3rd largest organ procurement organization nationwide. Partnered with C-level, managers, individual contributor and vendor staff to design the budget, author the strategic plan, business plan, create a project plan and establish timelines. This all-inclusive, collective approach, to planning, resulted in remarkable buy-in from internal and external partners. Negotiated with building contractors, robotics vendors, equipment manufacturers and more to accomplish the build-out.
