  I have been a member of the internal school critical incident teams at three high schools over the past sixteen years. I have was a member of the district critical incident team for fourteen years and assumed leadership responsibilities for this team from 2013-2015. I discontinued my involvement with this team in June 2019. We attended incidents involving sudden and expected death, traumatic events involving students, staff members and others in over one hundred elementary and secondary schools and management work sites. I have completed an advanced trauma certification at the Justice Institute and have been trained in debriefing and defusing. Show less
