  I was a Psgr Service Agent at the Tkt Counter and at Curbside for 1 of the 2 busiest airports in the world. There was not downtime as you can imagine. I was off on the day of 9/11/01 and, like many of you will never ever forget what I was doing on that very tragic day. We were on edge for many days after not knowing if we would reopen and had to standby...the feeling was eerie, anxiety laden and we were shocked that anyone in the world could take at least 4 planes and use them as weapons against our own people. I attended the Memorial Service which was held soon after for employees and staff of United and American Airlines with no fewer than 8 faiths represented. There wasn't a dry eye in the room with the American flag and bagpipes brought down the center aisle and around the room. We are losing our freedom people. Please wake up and get yourselves informed if you haven't already done so. There is a lot going on within our country which would turn our forefathers over in their graves. Wake up America! Show less
