The firm has been creative and innovative in crafting a plethora of deals. C2M also has an accomplished Technology Group whose State-of-the-Art Platform helps Issuers, as well as advisors and fellow investment banks, manage multi-subscriber direct offerings. The C2M interface manages the capital raise process for Reg A and Reg D offerings from both a customer-facing as well as a back office perspective, managing dashboards for the Issuer, portals for the Investor, compliance requirements, as well as coupon and dividend distributions.
