Bio
Otto Pleil
Nancy is a true library leader for the State of Florida and the rest of the country. As an e-government manager, she has really pioneered the e-government effort in libraries which is helping to transform local communities by giving people access, resources, and training to become self-sufficient and productive citizens. She has expanded her network of influence, embraced new technologies and responsibly managed available funds to promote e-government support in libraries. Her work has been inspiring for me to watch as I've consulted with her on numerous occasions while working on separate and joint e-government projects. She is truly leading the way for e-government in libraries for communities throughout the country and is a real pleasure to work with.
