  I teach Environmental Science, Biology I, Biology II, and Physical Science to juniors and seniors. I developed an Advanced Biology II curriculum for the Animal Science, Equine and Allied Heath students that consists of Evolution (Basic Darwinian with an emphasis on structural adaptations and differences between quadruped and biped mammals), Microbiology (including Virology, Parastiology, and Epidemiology), and Genetics (Mendelian Genetics, DNA, RNA, and Protein Synthesis).
