As a member of the Past President's Council for the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre I've had the opportunity to work with Nancy. She joined the organization at a time when financial pressures made it necessary to combine the marketing and development director roles. Suffice it to say that the work previously done by two full-time staff members is being done now only by Nancy, and in a highly successful manner. She displays a great deal of professionalism and non-profit acumen as she juggles her many responsibilities. Based on my interactions with Nancy, I am pleased to recommend her as a high-performing member of a non-profit leadership team!
