  I have over two decades experience in banking and finance, all facets of property and its development and corporate commercial transactions. My clients include banks, finance companies, insurers, property investors and developers, SMEs, institutional investors, and superannuation and development funds. I also work extensively in the education sector acting on the due diligence, sales and purchases of school, college and university sites not for government departments and for other educational organisations. My experience includes: - acting for major financiers on all forms of finance transactions including project finance, syndicated loans, mezzanine funding and private equity deals including debt to equity conversions and profit participation; - full due diligence for acquisitions and sales for commercial and industrial property; - drafting standard loan and security documentation for lenders and National Credit Code compliance; - surety bond facilities; - advising and acting on all aspects of property developments; - drafting commercial agreements, business acquisitions and share sales and purchases.
