My Responsibilities include running 2 non profit programs for low income dental services to over 10,000 individuals in the Tarrant County area. I oversee staff of 14. I am in charge of grant funding, financials, liaison to DHA Board of Directors, run payroll, all HR related duties, develop budget, oversee day to day activities of Dental Clinic as well as our school based outreach program, SMILES. I am a community representative and serve on several boards and committees.
