Nancy is awesome. She is the one who never asks for credit but is the one that deserves it most, she is always behind-the-scenes making sure that everyone is taken care of and that the business is running smoothly. She has a firm grasp on the intricacies of finance, budgeting, accounting and is basically an Excel Ninja. Seriously. She's borderline scary-good. Aside from her intellectual strengths, she works tremendously hard and is an exemplary employee. She crosses all the Ts and dots all the Is so everyone else can focus on what they do best. In a couple words she's sharp, dependable, honest, loyal, fair and caring. Her only flaw is that she dresses her dog up in costumes. Sorry Pucca.

My greatest accomplishment was building relationships across 17 departments at the Midway while meeting accounts payable and accounts receivable needs. In doing so, I was able to achieve buy in and adoption by all department heads and staff when I developed and implemented new processes and procedures (e.g. accounting forms, purchase requisition forms, reimbursement forms, deposit forms). I was responsible for maintaining all general accounting functions of the company, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, adjusting entries, reconciliations, and providing assistance with annual audit preparations. I acted as interim accounting manager before I returned to TAG.

I successfully developed and implemented a process to reduce AR turnover for collections of six or more months to current status for 200+ customer accounts. So successful in helping the company to manage cash flow and AR that they sought me on several occasions to return. I was responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivables and collections as well as corresponded to and resolved customer and member billing issues and inquiries while developing and maintaining relationships.
