      Electronic waste (E-waste) comprises faulty electronic gadgets or machines that have reached the end of their useful life. During this one-week training program for ladies, organized by GIZ Ghana and Project Brave Foundation, I gained insights into the significance of adopting a circular economy approach. This approach highlights that some components of faulty electronic gadgets can be recycled or reused in the creation of new products. The process involves the collection of E-waste products, their dismantling, the removal of hazardous components harmful to the environment, and the sorting of valuable materials such as gold and aluminum, among others. The primary objectives of this training were to create job opportunities, safeguard the environment by mitigating the harmful impact of E-waste, and promote the adoption of circular economy principles in Ghana.
