  -Recruitment process by job posting, CV reviewing, interview appointment & invitation, supporting to interview panel, participate in interview process, background checking.-Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting new enter process including orientation and conduct exit interview for employees leaving the organization.-Assist day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.-Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.-Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation in both physical file and HRIS database carried out in a confidential manner.-Conduct attendance and leave administration of HO and Branches.-Payroll Administration, SSB, Personal Income tax.-Prepare & provide documents that related with SSB Office, Tax Office and Labor office.-Assist in Staff Probationary Review, Promotion Review and Annual Appraisal process.-Prepare HR Report monthly and organization chart.-Administrative support in meetings, interviews, Training and HR related events.-Deliver trainings to staff for awareness of HR Policies & Procedures.
