Hi Reader I am Namrata's Test Lead on a client site and am responsible for onboarding Namrata, providing accesses and providing the tools and approaches and workloads for Namrata's automation testing role. I also provided some mentoring around testing in Azure DevOps, DevOps tools and approaches and best practices and approaches in automated testing, Azure pipelines and Selenium / Specflow / BDD Namrata's project was a web application Her responsibilities included but were not limited to, - Manual Testing on UI on Crossbrowser Tools, on both android, iOS and on desktops browsers - Accessibility Testing on the application - smoke tests only - not certified - intermediate level - Responsible for analyzing, counting and maintaining automated scripts. - Responsible for chasing and tracking open/closed issues for maintained test scripts. - Reports on broken dependencies, issues and access requirements blocking scripts or frameworks. - Maintains test artifacts in Azure DevOps and frameworks in repos where applicable. - Accesses azure project space with view of test cases and acceptance criteria. - Follows best practices and common scripting approaches as directed by Test Services - Provides regular reports on automation metrics including but not limited to automation script totals, passes, fails and coverage, work completed and work outstanding. - Takes part in estimations of workloads and time to completion. Namrata arrived into an automation test role at an extremely busy and high profile project at a semi-state client and was able to get up to speed in a short time, during a challenging development phase. Not only was she able to pick up the technical details without issue, but she was able to single handedly automate hundreds of tests and on multiple device configurations (iOS, android etc). In addition to Manual Testing requirements and her work on the automation, Namrata was cross functionally adept, when asked to take on accessibility testing requirements, and was willing and able to provide an intermediate level of confidence in the accessible use of the application. I can confirm first hand that Namrata is a really good resource, and has been an excellent and valuable member of the team. We have had not a single issue with Namrata's work. She is extremely dependable when it comes to completing work to a high standard and in a timely fashion. I have on prior occasions passed this feedback up the chain to my superiors, calling out the high standard and dependability regarding Namrata's work. I know for example, that when I ask Namrata do do something, it will get done properly, first time, every time. I cant recommend Namrata enough, we were sorry to lose her and we are fully aware that it will be difficult to obtain another resource who is so dependable and who works to such a high standard. Please reach out to me, here on linkedin if you need any further feedback on this. Best Regards Robert Rusk
